Apropos of Frank Bellet's reminder (News Weekly, December 25, 2010) that the WikiLeaks subversion has been perpetrated at a time of war, it might be well to recall the motto devised in the UK during World War II to warn against such self-indulgent behaviour: "Careless talk cost lives."
