Bouquet and brickbat for News Weekly (letter)

by Dudley Carr

News Weekly, November 25, 2006

Sir,

You have obviously got a very dedicated team working for News Weekly, going by the number of interesting and varied articles in each edition.

Have you ever wondered why some people do not renew their subscription? Could it be that, although your magazine is very professional and well researched, it is also the most depressing periodical to enter our households?

Occasionally, it would be nice to have a happy cover with some smiling faces along with some stories of when the National Civic Council has been successful in one or more of its campaigns.

Dudley Carr,
Churchlands, WA
