Hanson a political prisoner (letter)

News Weekly, November 15, 2003
Sir,

Unlike Victor Sirl's views, (News Weekly, September 20, 2003), I regard Pauline Hanson as Australia's Solzhenitsyn - jailed for her political views which confronted the ruling class political correctness.

Freedom and democracy was given back value by this woman like no other. She gave us choices in how we, the people, wanted to be governed again.

One only needed to witness the bigoted bullying behaviour of political mind thugs shouting obscenities at her and her party members.

Queensland proved yet again its dark side.
